What is stored on your device

Two preferences are kept in your browser's local storage: your choice of metric or imperial units, and your choice of light or dark theme. Clearing your browsing data removes both.

Shared links

The Share button puts the calculator's inputs into the URL so the link reopens with your numbers. That means anyone you send the link to can see those values, as can anything that logs URLs along the way. Do not share a link containing figures you would not want the recipient to see.
